Technical audit of the REPA center
Prior to the purchase of the building, the customer wished to evaluate the building in terms of its technical aspects and its service life. The objective of the technical audit was to evaluate the technical condition of the building, its technological equipment, operating costs and future investments for the next 5 to 10 years. .
The building was assessed on the basis of several personal visits, local technician experience and project documentation. Physical inspections included information about the defects in the monitored building, their risks, the subsequent recommendation of their removal with financial evaluation and overall maintenance of the building. The investment costs were summarized from all parts of the document construction, fire protection, fire protection and environmental risks.
The output from the survey was more than a hundred-page report, which provides a description of the current status of the parts of the building and the revealed defects of the building structures. We also managed to provide a detailed description of the state of the art equipment - ZTI, heating, electricity, air conditioning and also to evaluate the whole building from the point of view of fire protection and work safety and environmental risks.
