Standard for KB - Backup Power Supply

Our customer

KB asked us to process a document on how to deal with the situation in the event of a power outage. They wanted to find out what the legislative minima are and what they should pay attention to.

Project assignment and objectives

In the framework of the thesis we solved:

• which devices / systems in KB back up, backing them up
• listed minimum requirements for coverage time
• requirements for placing backup resources
• a summary of what parameters the backup resources should have
• what maintenance is required
• a brief description of what to do when electricity falls out

Not closed. The KB is still working on it.
